MJC Construction was formed in August 2013 by its sole director Mark Cochrane. Mark has a huge passion training and his has seen several of his apprentices excel on the national stage , our most recent Daniel Winstone gaining 3rd place for the Auckland Regionals in our territory.

MJC Construction by law carries public liability insurance and is available on request by the client. Under changes to the building Act 2004 it is law now for all building companies to provide all of their insurance policies.
MJC Construction is also a Certified Builders Association member and can provide a Certified First Home Guarantee on request.
